Your Board has officially adopted a Dispute Resolution Policy that outlines the procedure for resolving disputes between homeowners and the Association.  You may view the policy by clicking on Important Information / Dispute Resolution Policy on the right sidebar.

October dues are officially late if not received by the end of the day today.  According to our delinquency policy, late fees will be assessed on all dues received after the 15th of the month.  Minutes from the September 24th and 29th Board of Directors meetings are now available under Meeting Minutes.
