Your Board of Directors will be sending out the Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2010 to all Members this week. If you have not received a copy of the report, please contact us.  The report contains (1) a summary of the Association’s pro forma operating budget for fiscal year 2009; (2) a summary of the Association’s property and general liability insurance coverage; and (3) a copy of the Association’s Delinquent Assessment Collection Policy, which includes the Association’s procedures for enforcing lien rights and other legal remedies for default in payment of assessments.
