Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2012
The Maple Lane Homeowners Association has provided via email all Members with the Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2012 (“Annual Reportâ€) in compliance with Civil Code §1365. The Annual Report contains, among other things, (1) a summary of the Association’s pro forma operating budget for fiscal year 2012; (2) a summary of the Association’s property and general liability insurance
coverage; and (3) a copy of the Association’s Delinquent Assessment Collection Policy, which includes
the Association’s procedures for enforcing lien rights and other legal remedies for default in payment of
assessments.
