Now that the summer is right around the corner, our neighbors at 1031 Ruth Court tend to have more loud parties outside.  Please direct all noise complaints to the EPA police department’s non-emergency line at 650-321-1112. Please also try to be respectful of your neighbors when having guests over and when talking outside on your deck.  Sound travels quite well in our complex, so please try to keep all outdoor noise at a minimum.  Enjoy the summer!
